Have You Tried the Treadmill Desk?
Think about it. How many hours a day do you spend on your computer or at your desk? For some of us, the answer is, “way too many”. But what if you could combine that work time with a bit of fitness?
The treadmill desk allows you to do just that. It combines your work station with a small treadmill that allows you to do some light walking! It only goes up to 4 mph, so you don’t have to worry about accidentally setting it to go too fast for you to work. There are many different types, so you can choose between a variety of desk sizes.
Some people even make their own treadmill desks, but that takes a LOT of ingenuity. For example, Cheryl Angst wrote in her blog about her experience with making a treadmill desk.
