Why not start a weight loss blog? You can network with other people who have the same goals as you. You can talk to them, post about how your progress is going, and actually help other people who have the same goals as yourself. You can encourage them and they, in return, will encourage you.

One of the greatest things you can do is make a motivational poster. Find a magazine or find pictures online of people who are the same weight as your target weight-loss goal. Also, take some nice pictures of yourself and post them on the poster as well. This helps to remind yourself that you are still beautiful and attractive the way you are. You just want to become healthier so you can live longer or maybe that you want to fit into some smaller clothes.

Do you have a favorite pair of jeans that don’t fit you anymore? You can post a picture of them on the motivational poster to remind you how good it felt to wear those jeans. Is there a certain size you’d like to be? Post that number next to the picture of your favorite pair of jeans.

In the very middle of the poster, put your target weight-loss goal in the middle. Actually, put a picture of yourself in the middle with your target weight-loss goal underneath it. The ultimate goal is actually your happiness. Once you are genuinely happy with yourself, you will achieve ultimate health.
